3. First-Touch Loom Outreach Scripts

Purpose: Used for cold outreach via LinkedIn or email, NOT for demos. These are 60–90 second videos that open with a real finding from the prospect's domain or environment and end with a single, low-friction CTA.

Format Rules: - 60–90 seconds maximum (no exceptions — shorter is better) - Screen share a real finding (domain lookup, email test, public data) whenever possible - One problem. One CTA. No selling, no pricing. - CTA is always: "Want the full audit?" or "Does this match what you're seeing?" - Target response rate: 20%+

3.1. Email Deliverability (First Touch)

When to use: Target is a company whose domain you've scanned and found a broken/missing DMARC, SPF, or DKIM record.

Script:

"Hi [Name], quick 60-second observation about [Company]'s email setup.

[Screen share: Show the MXToolbox or email header result]

I ran a quick check on [domain.com] and noticed your DMARC record is [missing / set to 'none' / misconfigured]. What this means in practice is that emails from your domain — proposals, invoices, client responses — may be landing in spam or getting rejected without any bounce notification. You'd never know.

I specialize in this fix. It typically takes a few hours and moves inbox delivery from 40–60% to 95%+.

I can put together a free full assessment that tells you exactly what's broken and what it would cost to fix. Does this match what you've been seeing?

3.2. Workflow Automation (First Touch)

When to use: Target is a company whose website or LinkedIn indicates a manual-heavy process (job postings for data entry, "approval workflows" in their tech stack, manual invoice processing language in services pages).

Script:

"Hi [Name], 60-second observation about [Company]'s operations.

[Screen share: Show their website or LinkedIn job post that signals the manual process]

I was looking at [Company]'s [website / job posting / services page] and noticed [specific indicator — e.g., 'you're hiring for a data entry coordinator' or 'your intake process involves emailing forms back and forth'].

That's a pattern I see a lot — and it's usually 15–20 hours per week of manual work that can be automated with an AI agent. For most companies I've worked with, that's $2,000–$4,000/month in labor recovered in the first 30 days.

Happy to share what the automation would look like for your specific process — no cost, just a quick audit call. Interested?

[Your name], AutomationSurgeon."

3.3. M365 Infrastructure (First Touch)

When to use: Target is a company using M365 (identifiable via email headers, job postings referencing M365, or company size suggesting M365 standard plan). Use when a Secure Score issue or common misconfiguration is likely.

Script:

"Hi [Name], quick observation about [Company]'s Microsoft 365 security posture.

[Screen share: Show a generic M365 Secure Score example or a common misconfiguration pattern — not a specific client scan, just illustrative]

Most M365 tenants I audit — especially in the [company size] range — have a Secure Score between 30 and 50. The CIS benchmark for a basic secure posture is 70+. The gap is almost always the same three things: MFA not enforced everywhere, legacy authentication still enabled, and Conditional Access policies either missing or too permissive.

I do a free M365 Zero Trust health check that gives you a red/yellow/green scorecard against the CIS benchmark — usually takes one day. If there's nothing critical, you pay nothing. If there is, the assessment fee credits toward the fix.

Worth 30 minutes to find out where you actually stand?

4. Production & Quality

3.1. Content Creation Guidelines

  • Pre-Recording: All scripts are prepared and rehearsed, demo environment is prepped
  • Recording: Demos are recorded with high energy, clear pacing, conversational yet professional tone
  • Personal Touch: Anton's expertise and personality come through authentically
  • Post-Production: Videos are edited to remove mistakes, branded with company logo, and captioned for accessibility

3.2. Founder Credibility Elements

Include in Every Demo: - Personal introduction: "I'm Anton, founder of AutomationSurgeon" - Relevant credential mention: "Microsoft AI-102 Certified" or "enterprise automation background" - Personal experience reference: "I've helped [X] companies solve this exact problem" - Direct contact invitation: "Schedule a call with me directly to discuss your needs"

4. Success Metrics

  • Engagement: Target a 70%+ view completion rate and a 15%+ click-through rate on CTAs.
  • Conversion: Target a 30%+ conversion rate from demo view to discovery call.
  • Quality: Maintain a 4.5/5+ satisfaction score from client and sales team feedback.
  • Authority Building: Demos should position Anton as a recognized expert and build trust in capabilities.
