Our service offerings range from individual Microsoft Partner-backed treatments to comprehensive Azure AI solutions. Each treatment is priced individually based on complexity, with optional bundling discounts for multi-treatment projects. 1.1. Treatment Pricing Structure

Our 6 Microsoft-focused treatments plus Azure AI solutions are organized by complexity and business function:

Tier 1: Microsoft-Focused Treatments: $1,000 - $3,000 each - Email Deliverability Fix ($1,000-$1,500) - Mail Migration Services ($1,000-$5,000) - Azure/M365 Setup & Migration ($2,000-$3,000) - PowerShell Automation Scripts ($1,500-$2,500) - SharePoint/Teams Integration ($1,500-$2,500) - DNS & Email Authentication ($1,000-$1,500)

Hosting options are flexible and determined during the diagnostic phase based on your solution and preferences:

  • Client-Hosted: You own and manage the infrastructure (we provide setup assistance)

  • Hybrid: Critical components managed, standard workflows client-hosted

5. Managed AI Platform (AaaS)

5.1. Service Overview

Fully managed hosting, monitoring, and optimization of any automation solution we build for you - whether n8n-based workflows, Azure Functions applications, Logic Apps configurations, or custom AI systems. We handle all infrastructure management on our Azure subscription, so you can focus on your business while we ensure your automation runs flawlessly.

5.2. What We Host & Manage

Our managed platform can host any solution we build, including:

n8n Instances: - Self-hosted n8n deployments on Azure (when n8n is the right tool for your treatments) - Each client gets dedicated instance with isolated environment - PostgreSQL database, automated backups, SSL/TLS security

Azure Functions Applications: - Serverless custom code for business logic, AI integration, data processing - Event-driven architecture for high-performance automation - Integrated with Azure AI services, storage, and databases

Azure Logic Apps: - Microsoft-native workflow automation - Enterprise-grade connectors and compliance - Integrated with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and Azure services

Custom AI Systems: - Azure OpenAI integrations - Azure AI Document Intelligence pipelines - Azure AI Custom Vision deployments - Custom databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) - API Management and integration middleware

5.3. Pricing Model

Pricing is transparent and based on actual costs plus management time:

Typical Monthly Investment: - $1,500/month: Simple solutions (1-3 treatments, basic monitoring, 4 hours management) - $2,500/month: Moderate complexity (4-6 treatments or 1 AI-Native solution, 6 hours management) - $3,500/month: Complex solutions (multiple AI systems, 8 hours management, priority support) - $5,000/month: Enterprise platform (comprehensive automation infrastructure, 10+ hours management, dedicated support)

Azure costs typically range from $50-$500/month per client depending on: - Number of workflows/functions deployed - Execution volume and compute requirements - Storage and database needs - AI service usage (OpenAI API calls, Document Intelligence, etc.)

5.4. What's Included

All Tiers Include: - Full Azure infrastructure hosting on our subscription - Daily automated backups with 30-day retention - Performance monitoring and uptime tracking - Security updates and patch management - Email support (24-hour response for standard, 4-hour for priority) - Monthly performance reports

Management Services (Hours vary by tier): - Monthly optimization reviews and efficiency improvements - Workflow enhancements and feature additions - Cost optimization (right-sizing Azure resources) - Incident response and troubleshooting - Quarterly strategic planning sessions (higher tiers)

Enterprise Features (Higher tiers): - Priority support with <2 hour response time - Dedicated Slack channel for real-time communication - Custom monitoring dashboards - Advanced analytics and reporting - Proactive enhancement recommendations

5.5. Migration & Onboarding

Migrating to Managed Hosting:

Existing clients using client-hosted solutions can migrate seamlessly: - Migration Process: Infrastructure setup, configuration migration, zero-downtime transition - Timeline: 3-5 business days - Cost: $500-$1,500 one-time migration fee (based on complexity) - Incentive: First month at 50% discount

New Client Onboarding:

Clients purchasing Tier 2+ services can choose managed hosting from the start: - Managed hosting included in project pricing, OR - Separate monthly fee if client initially chose self-hosted - Recommendation provided during diagnostic phase based on client's technical capacity and preferences

6. Professional Services & Add-Ons

6.1. Implementation Services

Platform Migration: - Zapier/Make → Azure/n8n: $500-$2,000 (based on workflow complexity and count) - Legacy system integration: $1,000-$3,000 (custom API development or complex data mapping) - Data Mapping/Field Normalization: $200-$500 per integration endpoint

Training & Enablement: - Team Training (90 min): $300 (platform operation and best practices) - Technical Workshop (Half-day): $1,000 (architecture, customization, advanced features) - Custom Documentation: $500-$1,500 (tailored user guides and runbooks)

Development Services: - Custom Analytics Dashboard: $500-$1,500 - Additional Platform Integration: $500-$2,000 per integration - Advanced Reporting: $500-$1,000

6.2. Support Options

Included Support: - 14-Day Bug-Fix Support: Included with all Tier 1 treatments (bug fixes only, no enhancements) - 30-Day Support: Included with Tier 2 Professional Automation Projects - 90-Day Optimization: Included with Tier 3 Custom AI Solutions - 6-Month Stabilization: Included with Tier 4 Enterprise Transformation

Extended Support (For Client-Hosted Solutions): - Monthly Retainer (10 hours): $2,000 (priority email support, minor enhancements, troubleshooting) - Quarterly Optimization Package: $1,500 (performance review, enhancement recommendations, implementation)

7. Universal Stipulations

All projects are governed by the following core principles:

Payment Terms: - Tier 1 Treatments: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion - Tier 2 Projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion - Tier 3-4 Custom Work: Milestone-based (typically 25-50% upfront, remainder at milestones) - Tier 5 AaaS: Monthly billing, first month + setup fee upfront

Delivery Timelines: - Tier 1: 1-2 weeks - Tier 2: 2-4 weeks - Tier 3: 4-12 weeks - Tier 4: 8-16 weeks - Tier 5: Ongoing monthly service

Support & Scope: - Support periods include bug fixes only, not enhancements or scope changes - All work strictly limited to agreed specification - Enhancements or additional features require new proposal or change order - Tool selection and implementation approach determined during diagnostic phase
